Treatment Eligibility
All treatments require an individual clinical assessment. A provider determines whether a treatment is appropriate, including relevant risks and alternatives. Results vary, and no particular health or weight-loss outcome is guaranteed.
Availability & Appointments
Contact the practice to confirm current service availability, coverage, treatment details, and appointment options. A telephone call or email does not by itself confirm a booking. A 25% deposit secures an appointment, with the remaining balance due at service completion. At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellation or rescheduling; late cancellations and missed appointments forfeit the deposit. Deposits are fully refunded if clinical evaluation determines medical ineligibility. Completed services are non-refundable. Visits delayed more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling.
